Lamia Savior Chapter 1The air was chilled from the December morning air. The room had an eerie hush to it, the cracks in the walls were zigzagging from the base of the floor nearly up to the cracks of the ceiling, as ugly as a scar. The ancient house moaned and echoed through the floor like an angry spirit. This house was older then the residence living in it. The room had no furniture, but one small window that looked out onto the fields and grasses that were sown onto the land like a quilt.
